This position requires an individual with an appreciation for motorcycles and the ability to help our customers select parts and apparel that fit their individual desires and needs. The right candidate must have excellent face to face and over the phone customer service skills, enjoy working with customers and be able to establish a loyal customer base. A background knowledge of motorcycle parts, accessories and apparel is highly desired.

Duties and Responsibilities include providing prompt, dependable, high quality motorcycle service for customers, assisting other technicians when needed, maintaining the cleanliness of work areas used, making estimates for internal and wreck repairs, ensuring service work contributes an acceptable level of profit to the business, and communicating technical issues effectively with customers when requested.
